A lineman named Paul was able to come out and install a new line within 30 minutes of arriving and was very friendly throughout the communications. Thank you MHC team for making the experience as painless as possible from their end! Was quite impressed with the service from beginning to end.

The website can be difficult to use and frustrating. Once I began a chat things straightened out quickly. I am now set up with auto pay which is what I was hoping to do
