I'm always surprised by how great the customer service is from Mid-Hudson Cable This is not the norm in today's society unfortunately. For example - spoke with 'Donna' yesterday regarding costs and potential ways to save on my bill - and surprise - I spoke with a human being with a real-life personality! What a pleasure. I want to highly recommend mid Hudson cable due to the reliable service on a consistent and daily basis. The internet speed is fast and reliable all throughout my house. The staff is very courteous and helpful in addressing issues in a timely manner. One thing I would recommend the company do is to provide more affordable pricing options or promotions for existing customers after the one or two years of service is completed as the prices go up considerably after this initial time period. While this is communicated up front, which I commend the honesty, I would recommend a loyalty option for existing customers who continue with the service throughout the years with excellent payment history. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for all your internet needs, the excellent internet connection and speeds, and the excellent customer service.

If your internet goes out instead of you being a priority customer their lingo is "malarkey household" or said another way a nonsense house. In what world is that appropriate?Over 2 days no internet, yet the money was taken from my account 2 weeks ago.Update: I am revising my rating because the customer service representatives and internet/fiber technicians have been helpful, responsive, and they did fix the connection issue. I appreciate their time and help, thank you!

I reached out to see if Mid Hudson was available in my area over the weekend and first thing Monday morning, Raven connected with me to help. Raven was incredibly communicative and helpful, connecting with engineers to see if service was yet available at my address and even though it wasn’t, Raven said that they would keep me updated as to when it is available. Raven was amazing and I am so grateful for all of the help!!!

I'll always love and miss the old school days with our a doubt but you know how hard it was on people to figure out if there was a power outage, or if something with your Internet and your ripping your hair out trying to figure it out keep calling them or you couldn't call them cause no internet and you were stuck well that's what happened to me I have WIFI Internet and what's so cool you know future is def. Changing this time I didn't have to rip my hair out Mid Hudson Cable in Catskill NY 12414 I grew up with and they have so many options you can do and pick whatever that's comfortable for you they never steered me wrong and also the staff are very respectful you don't even have to call them and wait there pretty quick but you also can CHAT with them if you give them your name number and address and a message find out the situation to fix it and someone will get back to you as soon as possible to me there pretty quick getting back with a response and what's so awesome they told me why I don't have internet connection right away not to worry their going to fix the problem now that's pretty cool I didn't have to go crazy trying to find Thank you to Mid Hudson Cable Vision in Catskill NY 12414 for making it so easy for your customers you can also CHAT now instead of calling and sometimes wait all these women and men that work there a**es off deserve a raise and Vacation that's the way I feel and this can be a tough job specially when there a outage your messing with electric wires God for bid something goes wrong and it can be very dangerous at times just like power outage of lights anything electric always stay focused n cautious but thank you very much Mid Hudson Cable Vision and the man Mike that was my CHAT Tec. I worked with someone named Nat through the text tickets option on the website and it was quite easy to communicate over the two days and get updates easily while my service cables were knocked down during a big storm on my area.

A lineman named Paul was able to come out and install a new line within 30 minutes of arriving and was very friendly throughout the communications. Thank you MHC team for making the experience as painless as possible from their end! Was quite impressed with the service from beginning to end.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I definitely give them a five Star rating without a doubt. I've had Mid Hudson Cable vision for many years for their WiFi service. I shopped around and I went through them and I am so glad I did. I have the fiber optic service WiFi and it is by far the best service I have ever had. Whenever I have a question or concern I can contact them and they solve it within minutes, I've never had a company that cares for their customers like they do. I'll never go through any other company for any service they offer. if you don't have them for your WiFi service you should definitely get them. I have 3 children who two of them are gamers and they need fast service and they never have any problems with this company. I thank all of the staff for making my family's life easier with their services and the compassion they have for you. Definitely look into getting them if you don't already. i am very happy with the service provided by MidHudson. Whenever I have called or texted regarding a question I have whoever answers the phone or texts me back is polite, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. I recently switched to MidHudson for my internet service and I have been very pleased. Much more reliable and faster than the previous internet provider. And the technician who installed the wifi was very patient with my questions. He also was very concerned that the wifi would reach throughout my house.

I've had mid- Hudson cable for a while now I just had an issue with my internet connection office hours are closed but got help from Mike from tech support he did an amazing awesome job got my Internet connected fairly quickly without having to send out any technicians found the problem quickly and fixed it for me. Customer Service is great very friendly and courteous. I am sure they hear complaints all day long. We don’t have competition on the Mountain Top so your stuck with them or satellite. Prices keep going up you pay for things that you don’t use like the guide or sports etc. And they always give incentives to new customers signing on how about give something to customers that have been with you. I am thinking about dropping cable and just paying for internet because with the trying times now we all have to budget the best we can. And I have to have internet for school.

Good morning my name is Anthony Brown and yesterday I spoke to a customer service agent by the name of Randy because I wanted to find out how much the Internet packages are and his customer service was excellent he told me that because I am a new customer inquiring about internet I can get a special price for a year and I greatly appreciated that I had a few questions because I've never had internet before so I was a little bit hesitant but he was able to answer those questions and so I look forward in the very near future of call me back and having my internet installed Randy is a very valuable asset of the Mid-Hudson cable family I appreciate his great customer service thank you for your time

Very nice person on the phone. Was able to fulfill my request Will follow up with a call to me later in the week no charge for home visits if there’s a problem. Great Tech assistant named Will who is now doing mostly fiber optics
